{"id":1108,"date":"2016-03-20T17:40:32","date_gmt":"2016-03-20T16:40:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/istressporthalterophilie.fr\/?p=1108"},"modified":"2016-04-22T14:15:37","modified_gmt":"2016-04-22T13:15:37","slug":"championnat-de-provence-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/istressporthalterophilie.fr\/index.php\/2016\/03\/20\/championnat-de-provence-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"Championnat de Provence 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>C\u2019est \u00e0 Istres que s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 le championnat de Provence, samedi 12 mars 2016.<br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/fZCgLxT6DyU\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<div>La comp\u00e9tition \u00e0 tenue toutes ses promesses, avec 36 athl\u00e8tes venant de 10 clubs de Provence.<\/div>\n<div>9 athl\u00e8tes au total sont parvenu \u00e0 se qualifier pour les championnats de France 2016 et 7 autres se sont qualifi\u00e9 pour le Grand prix f\u00e9d\u00e9ral (Niveau juste en dessous de national). Concourait pour le club d\u2019Istres Clara Bourgois, Clara De Barros, Sarah Girard, Laura Castellani et Fabienne Conde pour les femmes et Guillaume Bonici, Anthony Claux et Daniel De Barros pour les hommes.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Clara Bourgois, Sarah, Fabienne et Clara De Barros empoche le tiTre de championne de Provence et pour la derni\u00e8re une place pour les championnats de France Cadets.<\/div>\n<div>Pour sa premi\u00e8re participation, Laura monte sur la deuxi\u00e8me marche du podium et signe sa meilleure performance depuis son arriv\u00e9e au club en novembre.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Chez les hommes Guillaume, premi\u00e8re participation \u00e9galement se classe 3\u00e8me derri\u00e8re Uss\u00e9glio Julien<\/div>\n<div>(St Tulle) qualifi\u00e9 pour les championnats de France et JEANDEVILLE Guillaume (TeamHalteroFit 84).<\/div>\n<div>Daniel prend la deuxi\u00e8me place chez les -77kg apr\u00e8s un match qui s\u2019est jou\u00e9 au poids de corps pour cette m\u00e9daille.<\/div>\n<div>Mais la vraie performance c\u2019est Anthony Claux qui la signe avec beaucoup de sang froid. En effet tout semblait perdu apr\u00e8s ses deux premi\u00e8res barres rat\u00e9es \u00e0 106 kg. Son exp\u00e9rience et sa t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 lui permettent de valider 108 kg \u00e0 l\u2019arrach\u00e9. Il valide ensuite 132 kg, record personnel, avant d\u2019\u00e9chouer \u00e0 135 kg. Avec 240 au total il valide son objectif de la saison en plus de son billet pour les prochains championnats de France en -69 kg.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"ngg-galleryoverview\"
